Welcome to SVΛYP. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SVΛYP mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SVΛYP ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the SVΛYP application, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SVΛYP is an AI-powered fashion discovery platform that provides personalized product recommendations based on your style preferences, browsing behavior, and profile information. The Service includes product discovery through swiping, visual search, shopping features, and chat functionality with sellers. We continuously improve our algorithms and features, and the Service may change over time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; transmit any viruses or harmful code; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use the Service to collect personal information of other users without their consent; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Purchases & Payments

SVΛYP facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. When you make a purchase through the Service, you are entering into a transaction with the seller, not with SVΛYP directly. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in the local currency and may be subject to taxes and shipping fees determined by the seller.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SVΛYP. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SVΛYP. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVΛYP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either through the app or via email. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
