At SVΛYP, we respect your right to delete your account and personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion, what data will be removed, and what information may be retained for legal or security purposes.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please email our support team with your registered phone number. We will process your request within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- ✕Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- ✕Your style preferences and quiz responses
- ✕Your swipe history and product interactions
- ✕Saved products and collections
- ✕Visual search history and uploaded images
- ✕Chat conversations and messages
What Data May Be Retained
For legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain the following data:
- ⚠Transaction records and order history (required for tax and accounting compliance, retained for 7 years)
- ⚠Anonymized usage analytics (no personally identifiable information, used to improve our service)
Data Retention Period
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this 30-day grace period, you can cancel the deletion by logging back into your account. After 30 days, all data marked for deletion will be permanently removed from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged from our backup systems.

- •Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.
- •You will lose access to all saved products, preferences, and personalized recommendations.
- •If you have active orders, please wait until they are completed before deleting your account.
